    Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces, not finely, so that each piece corresponds to one serving. Transfer meat to a bowl. Salt, pepper, lightly sprinkle with oil.

    Place pieces of meat on the bottom of the baking dish. I don’t grease the pan with anything, but be careful and check the dish so that it doesn’t burn. This shouldn't happen because both meat and vegetables release juices during the roasting process.

    Scatter the vegetables on top of the meat. Place the filled pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, cover with a lid or foil and bake for about an hour. Determine the time and temperature according to your oven. 5-10 minutes before the end of baking, remove the foil from the pan and lightly brown the roast.

When preparing the stew, I used the advice “How to cook a delicious stew” and fried the meat with onions and carrots with the addition of tomato paste in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Then I put everything in a greased dish, added chopped zucchini, potatoes, peppers (I had frozen ones), salted it, and added the prepared seasoning. I stewed the vegetable stew with meat, zucchini and potatoes in the oven for 1 hour at 220°, covering the dish with foil. The stew turned out very aromatic, the meat and vegetables were soft and appetizing. Everything is soaked in the juice of stewed vegetables. The variety of flavor combinations is amazing! Very tasty!
