I prepared a vegetable stew in a frying pan with potatoes for lunch. After the onions and carrots were lightly stewed in a frying pan with the lid closed, I added the potatoes, and after a few minutes the bell pepper and zucchini together. To make the vegetables release their juice faster, I immediately added salt. Still, there wasn’t enough liquid released, so I had to add a little water. After adding the tomatoes and herbs, simmer for 2-3 minutes and leave to steep under the lid. For spices, I have a pinch of thyme. The stew turned out great! I recommend!
