I cooked this soup in water; I didn’t have broccoli as a vegetable, but I replaced this cabbage with frozen spinach. Therefore, the color of the finished dish turned out to be rich green. After adding the cream, I kept the pan on low heat for a couple of minutes. The result was a tasty and healthy soup, very tender and light. I didn’t achieve a puree consistency, I made it more liquid. Served with wheat bran.
