I made a vegan eggless cake for tea. I pureed all the ingredients for the base in a blender for about 2 minutes, until small pieces of dried fruits and nuts remained. I compacted it into a mold and started working on the cream. For the cream, I also decided to blend the bananas so that the cream would have a uniform consistency. I added applesauce and cocoa to the bananas, mixed and poured in agar-agar dissolved in boiling water. Then I poured it into the mold and left it in the refrigerator for 3 hours. The cake is prepared very quickly! It turned out very tasty and satisfying! And most importantly, it’s useful! Thanks to the author for the recipe!
