Turkey roll with spinach and nuts

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Everything we need. For this roll you will need a turkey thigh - carefully cut out the bone (or buy a milled thigh).
STEP 2
Beat the meat well. Salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with ground paprika. In principle, you can add any spices you like. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
STEP 3
Dry the nuts in a frying pan, cut half the pepper into large strips.
STEP 4
Take a large bunch of spinach (I wrote approximately in grams), scald it with boiling water in a colander, and let the water drain. Then we beat it with a blender and squeeze it lightly. Mash the nuts a little with a rolling pin, no need to make them into fine crumbs.
STEP 5
Spread the spinach over the entire surface of the meat.
STEP 6
Sprinkle nuts on top.
STEP 7
Place basil leaves on one edge of the meat and pepper on top.
STEP 8
Carefully roll up the roll and tie with a tight thread.
STEP 9
Wrap in two layers of foil, topped with thyme sprigs. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1.5 hours.
STEP 10
Then we take out the roll, open the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
STEP 11
Slice and enjoy!)
