Cut the fillet into flat, rectangular pieces and carefully beat

Sprinkle the pounded fillet with allspice, cinnamon, thyme and salt. Let it marinate for 15 minutes

I peel a thin layer of zest from two oranges. I clean and remove the remaining white crust
STEP 5

I cut one orange into rings and wrap the rings in overlapping pieces of chopped turkey fillet
STEP 6

I roll each piece in flour with spices.
STEP 7

Fry the fillet on both sides until golden brown in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil.
STEP 8

For the sauce, cut the second orange into small cubes, add salt, zest, and a little pepper.
STEP 9

Place in a saucepan over low heat
STEP 10

To thicken the sauce, in a separate container, dilute one teaspoon of starch with three tablespoons of water.
STEP 11

Mix well and place in a saucepan with constant stirring until the mass thickens.
STEP 12

I place the turkey rolls on a plate and pour the sauce over them. Bon appetit!
