STEP 1
Prepare the indicated ingredients for preparing turkey fillet with vegetables. Turkey fillet is medium. All vegetables can be varied to suit your taste and mood. I decided to make a version of turkey with vegetables without potatoes. Spices are also to taste.
STEP 2
Wash the turkey fillet, dry it and cut into pieces. Small pieces should not be made, they may bake and become dry.
STEP 3
Wash the cauliflower, dry it and separate it into florets.
STEP 4
Wash, dry and peel the zucchini (if it’s young, you don’t have to peel the skin). Cut into circles, and then cut each circle in half or into quarters.
STEP 5
Wash the peppers, dry them, remove seeds and remove the white partitions, cut them. For a more colorful palette of the dish, you can use multi-colored peppers.
STEP 6
Peel carrots, onions, garlic. I leave the garlic whole. Cut the carrots into slices. Onion - into large pieces.
STEP 7
Wash the turnips, peel them and cut them into small cubes so that they have time to cook.
STEP 8
Grease the oven dish with oil. Place breast fillet and all vegetables. Add salt, pepper and spices to your taste (this can be fresh or dried herbs), pour over the oil and mix everything thoroughly. Cover the pan with foil and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. oven for 40 minutes. Times are approximate. Read more in the article at the end of the recipe. Then remove the foil and cook without it until the vegetables are ready. Vegetables can be mixed.
