STEP 1

How to make royal salad with shrimp and red caviar? Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can use any shrimp. I used medium shrimp. I think they are the right size for this salad. Drain liquid from canned corn first.
STEP 2

Wash the egg, add water and bring to a boil. Boil the egg hard-boiled over medium heat for 7-8 minutes. Cool the boiled egg in cold water to help it peel off the shell better.
STEP 3

The shrimp need to be cooked properly to ensure they are tender. In a suitable sized saucepan, bring water to a boil. Salt the water, add bay leaf and peppercorns. This will improve the flavor of the cooked shrimp.
STEP 4

Place shrimp in boiling water. If the shrimp are frozen, they do not need to be thawed first. Cook medium shrimp after boiling for no more than 2 minutes. It is very important not to overcook the shrimp, otherwise the tender meat will become rough and tough. This will worsen the taste of the salad. As soon as the shrimp begin to float and the shell becomes transparent, turn off the heat. Place the cooked shrimp in a colander to drain. Let the shrimp cool.
STEP 5

Remove the head, tail and shell from the cooled shrimp.
STEP 6

Peel the boiled egg and cut into small cubes.
STEP 7

In a salad bowl, combine corn, shrimp, egg and red caviar. Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix gently.
STEP 8
