STEP 1
How to make tortilla with chicken and vegetables at home? Prepare all the necessary products. Wash and dry the vegetables and chicken first.
STEP 2
Cut out the stem of the pepper and remove the seeds, and cut the pulp into long strips.
STEP 3
First cut the tomato into circles and then into strips.
STEP 4
Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices, then cut each slice into strips. Try to cut the strips across the grain, so the finished meat will be softer.
STEP 5

Place the chicken in the frying pan. Fry the chicken for about 10 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly. At the end of frying, add salt.
STEP 6
Heat another pan. Place tortillas on it one at a time, warming them on each side for a couple of minutes.
STEP 7
Make the sauce. To do this, add chopped garlic and pepper to the sour cream. Mix everything well. You can also make another sauce to taste. Read more about this after the recipe.
STEP 8
Immediately spread the sauce down the center of the warm tortilla.
STEP 9
Lay out the lettuce leaves and place the fried chicken on them.
STEP 10
Place peppers and tomatoes on top.
STEP 11
Carefully roll the tortilla into a log.
STEP 12
You can serve homemade tortilla with chicken in the form of a large roll, or you can cut it into two parts. The tortilla is served with various sauces: tomato, salsa or guacamole. Bon appetit!
