  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Let's prepare the filling! Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to half a kilogram of cottage cheese, beat in 1 egg and add 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar. Knead with a spoon until smooth.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Let's start filling the dough! We will need 1 kilogram of puff pastry. (You can find how to prepare a quick version of this dough at this link). Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough, about 3-4 millimeters. Divide the resulting layer into 3 equal parts and spread the curd filling on each part.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

We connect all the edges and roll out the sausages to the same thickness. I will do the same with the berry filling. Place the blackberries on the prepared dough and sprinkle a little sugar on top. Seal the edges and roll out the sausages.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Let's assemble the pie! Grease the mold in which we will bake with butter and lay out the prepared sausages, alternating the fillings in a spiral.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Bake! Coat the pie with beaten egg and place in a preheated oven at 170 and bake for 35 minutes until golden brown.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

We cut the finished pie and serve! The pie turns out very tasty and is not at all difficult to prepare, just a godsend for tea!
