Tatar triangles with meat and potatoes
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make triangles with meat and potatoes in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Heat the milk until warm, no higher than 40 degrees, this is important, the milk should not be hot, otherwise the yeast will die and the baked goods will not rise. Add yeast and sugar to the milk, stir and place in a warm place for 15 minutes. You will learn all the intricacies of working with yeast from the article. There is a link to it at the end of the recipe after the steps.
STEP 2
Break the eggs into a bowl (I have category C1), stir with a whisk, add vegetable oil and melted butter and cooled to room temperature, stir. Wash the eggs with baking soda first, as they may contain harmful bacteria.
STEP 3
A foam cap should appear on the surface of the dough, this indicates the yeast is working. If this does not happen, then take other yeast; baking will not work with this. Sift 600 grams of flour into a deep and large bowl (sifting will enrich the flour with oxygen and the baked goods will be more fluffy), make a depression, pour the dough and butter-egg mixture into it, grabbing the flour from the edges with a whisk, carefully begin kneading the dough.
STEP 4
Then sprinkle the countertop with the remaining flour, move the dough onto it and continue kneading with your hands. The dough should be soft and airy and will stick a little to your hands. Place it in a bowl, cover with a towel and place in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. Remember that you may need less or more flour, you can read more about this in the article, the link to it is at the end of the recipe.
STEP 5
While the dough is rising, let's prepare the filling. Peel the onion and potatoes, rinse and chop finely, place in a bowl. Clean the chicken fillet from veins and bones and also chop it finely and place in a bowl. Add softened butter, salt, pepper, stir. Add your other favorite spices if desired.
STEP 6
Transfer the risen dough onto a floured countertop, knead it down, divide into 12 parts, roll each into a circle and place one and a half tablespoons on it. l. fillings.
STEP 7
Form a triangle - pinch the left edge first.
STEP 8
Then top and right. So form 12 triangles, carefully place them on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30-40 minutes until browned. I baked for 30 minutes. Your baking time and temperature may vary. You can read more about the operating features of ovens in the article about ovens. The link is at the end of the recipe. Grease the finished triangular pies with chicken and potatoes with butter.
