I prepared a Tatar salad with beef. I took lean boiled beef, I also took boiled beets (I cooked the vegetables just the day before), it turned out faster and was less fatty. I made carrots according to the author’s advice with apple cider vinegar and the addition of suneli hops. I cut the potatoes into very thin strips, after frying it turns out to be potato pie. For the dressing I took sour cream and half mayonnaise. The salad turned out bright, satisfying, with a rich, rich taste. Thanks for the recipe, naniki!

I really like the Tatar salad with beef for its spectacular appearance. And it tastes amazing too. I made this recipe several times, and today I used half-smoked sausage instead of beef. It turned out delicious too.
