Tatar pie with meat and potatoes

Lamb makes the pie very tasty and filling; you can eat it with broth. The pie turns out very juicy, you can eat it with meat broth; I made chicken broth. Tasty! I just found the recipe for this pie on the Internet yesterday, today I prepared it, and here are my first impressions: to bake this pie, the mold must be at least 28 cm in diameter. I have a 28 cm mold and, since I baked this pie for the first time , I didn’t calculate that the amount of this dough for this shape was too much, so my layers of dough turned out thick, but they should be thinner. It is better to roll out this amount of dough onto a large baking sheet, increasing the amount of all ingredients, and make not one, but at least two holes in the pie, so that the broth spreads evenly throughout the pie.

This is not yeast dough. I make pies, cakes, muffins, rolls, I wrote that I can’t “make friends” with yeast dough. I just can’t get around to putting out the dough and baking buns and pies.

There's a lot of fiddling around with the pie. But here you can make cooking much easier if you buy ready-made puff pastry in the store. The dough is the most time consuming. Otherwise, the pie can be taken as a good dinner.
