We put the milk on the stove and we will cook regular semolina porridge. When the milk boils, add semolina in a thin stream, stirring constantly.

Cook until it thickens, this happened very quickly

Add sugar, I always add a pinch of salt. Of course, it’s better to do this at the cooking stage - but again, it thickened very quickly, I just didn’t have time

Add vanillin, raisins, tangerine zest

Now mix the egg and flour well. It's better to do this with a mixer

It turns out such a homogeneous mass

Form cutlets with wet hands

Dip them in breadcrumbs

Place a piece of butter in a frying pan
