Most often, the filling is supplemented with fresh cucumbers and avocado pulp. The base is mayonnaise sauce or cream cheese. In principle, the filling can be any, just like pizza. I will share my favorite filling options for rolls.

    Let's prepare the cucumber. We wash it and cut off the tails. Cut the cucumber into four parts. From each quarter we cut off the pulp with seeds. The pulp can be eaten; it does not go into the filling. Cut the remaining hard part of the cucumber lengthwise into strips.

    Cut the crab sticks into 4 pieces into strips the size of the cucumber.

    Take lightly salted salmon or trout, remove the skin from the fish and cut into strips. If the piece of fish is large, then first you can cut some of the fish into plates and make Philadelphia rolls.

    Peel the sweet and sour apple, cut out the core with seeds and cut into strips.

    We transfer the curd cheese into a piping bag so that it is convenient to squeeze it out like a cream.

    Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan or using a microwave oven. In the microwave, the sesame seeds are fried in bursts of 20-30 seconds, stirring each time.
