An incredibly tasty appetizer made from poultry liver! Tender pieces of liver in a creamy cheese sauce - you'll just lick your fingers! A traditional dish of Tajik and Kyrgyz cuisine.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Finely chop the onion and fry in oil until transparent.
STEP 2

Add liver cut into small pieces and fry for 5 minutes.
STEP 3

Season with salt and pepper and place in portioned pots.
STEP 4

Add water and flour to sour cream. Mix. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly.
STEP 5

Pour sour cream sauce over the liver and sprinkle with grated cheese.
STEP 6

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15–25 minutes until golden brown. When serving, sprinkle with green onions.
