    Peel the carrots, wash them and grate them on a fine grater. For the recipe, choose juicy and sweet carrots, preferably young ones.

    Form the dough into medium-sized balls with wet hands and then press them down a little to form circles. Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. I greased the paper a little with butter and sprinkled it with flour to prevent the cookies from sticking.

Well, very tasty cookies! I baked it for 25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, but it could have been 20 minutes (I saw it later: the bottom carrot was slightly burnt. But the family didn’t notice and laughed for their dear soul). Thank you for the recipe - so simple, quick and delicious!

My family liked them too. But you really need to bake for 20-25 minutes, if longer, they will become drier. It’s not critical, but it will affect the taste - don’t overbake. In my opinion, the recipe is very successful. It seemed like there was too much baking powder, when I baked it a second time, I reduced it to 1 tsp. and the taste improved. THANK YOU to the author!

The first batch of cookies was burnt, but the second and third batch were a great success. When making cookies, I had to add 50-70 grams of flour - the dough turned out too sticky.
