    To prepare stuffed squash, take the following products: fresh squash, medium size - 10-12 cm in diameter, they are not overgrown yet, but not small either: the most convenient size for portioned stuffing. Add meat here (you can make minced meat based on cereals, vegetables, etc.), grated hard cheese, onions, salt and ground black pepper, sour cream.

    Pass the meat - in this case pork - through a meat grinder with a large grid or chop it into small cubes with a sharp knife.

    Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and add to the meat, add finely chopped onions, salt and pepper with black pepper or a mixture of peppers from the mill. Mix the minced meat well until smooth.

    Wash the squash well with a sponge and dry with a kitchen towel. Cut each squash crosswise along the middle line to make two “flowers” ​​- take out the seed capsule with a teaspoon, the seeds at this age are not yet folded, this pulp can be added to the minced meat, or you can simply remove it.

    Place heaped minced meat into the recesses in the squash and compact it well. Grease a baking dish with oil and place the stuffed squash. Cover the pan with a suitable lid or tighten with foil. Place in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for half an hour.

    After half an hour, remove the pan with the squash, remove the foil or lid and grease the squash with minced meat generously with sour cream. Place in the oven again, this time without foil. Bake until desired brownness.

The time has come for zucchini and everything fresh and healthy from the garden, so I decided to make something especially tasty and satisfying from zucchini.
