I liked the design of the stuffed peppers, very creative! It was even a pleasure to cut out these “cups”) My minced pork was a little fatty, so I diluted it with chicken breast meat. I also added a little vegetable seasoning. The filling turned out juicy and tender, aromatic. Frying it on top of the minced meat looks beautiful and is also very tasty. Thanks for the recipe! The peppers are bright, beautiful, juicy, delicious!
