Stuffed cutlets

A delicious minced meat dish for all occasions. Cutlets are one of my favorite dishes. They prepare quickly, always turn out well, and are eaten instantly. There are a lot of recipes for making cutlets, but I suggest making stuffed cutlets stuffed with green onions and eggs. The cutlets turn out tasty, beautiful and juicy.

    In a separate container, combine minced meat, one raw egg, chopped onion, chopped potatoes, salt and ground black pepper. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mince for the cutlets.

    Prepare the filling. Chop the cooled boiled eggs with a knife.

    Finely chop the green onions.

    Combine chopped eggs and green onions.

    Form stuffed cutlets. To do this, make a nest out of minced meat, put a little egg and onion filling inside. Now carefully pinch the edges of the cutlet, giving it a round shape.

It was very unusual to cook stuffed cutlets. They are shaped like pies))) I did not add potatoes to the minced meat, instead I put a small piece of a loaf soaked in milk. I added a little salt to the filling. The result was unusual, very tasty cutlets with a surprise! Both adults and children liked it!
