    We wait for the water to boil, remove the foam, reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the dish for 20-25 minutes. I did not stir the potatoes so that they remained whole. The final cooking time depends on the type of potato, but I think this time will be quite enough in any case.

    At the end of cooking, mix everything, taste for salt and pepper - if everything is ok, remove the dish from the heat. When serving, finished potatoes can be decorated with fresh herbs, such as dill or parsley.

Potatoes with chicken always turn out delicious. I took chicken breast, it is more dietary and easier to digest. I didn’t grate the carrots; I wanted them to be felt in the dish, because autumn carrots are sweet and tasty. So I cut it into pieces. Otherwise I prepared everything according to the recipe. By the way, preparing stewed potatoes is easy and quick. It doesn’t take long for the chicken to be cooked, but potatoes added to the hot broth are stewed instantly) The dish turned out to be hearty, beautiful and amazingly tasty. My whole family likes a lot of gravy, so I always add a lot of water when stewing. The gravy turns out rich, rich, and delicate in consistency. This is delicious! Served with fresh vegetable salad and leafy greens.
