Today I prepared a light vegetable dish for dinner according to the recipe: stewed cabbage with zucchini in a slow cooker. I took 1/4 of a small head of cabbage for cooking. I added several carrots, one onion and half a frozen zucchini. I fried the carrots and onions in vegetable oil in the “Baking” mode, as the author of the recipe advises. I liked cooking, namely frying in this mode, the process is similar to that as if I were frying vegetables in a frying pan over medium heat. After 10 minutes, I added chopped cabbage, zucchini, sour cream, tomato paste to the multicooker bowl (replaced tomato sauce with it) , salt and half a glass of water. After that, I closed the lid and turned on the “Extinguishing” mode. Since the stewing time on the multicooker is set automatically, I trusted my technique and allowed the cabbage to stew for 2 hours. I added 1.5 tbsp of tomato paste and sour cream. spoons. But more was possible - up to three spoons. The cabbage would have a richer tomato flavor and sourness. But in my case it turned out delicious! I tried the cabbage when it cooled down and fully revealed its flavor. It turned out to be a little elastic, sweetish, with a slight sourness. The zucchini is completely unnoticeable, tender in texture, they added tenderness to the taste. Thank you very much for the recipe!
