STEP 1
How to make stacks of mushrooms from minced meat with cheese in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. For cooking, you can use any type of minced meat or take from several types. Also use cheese according to your taste.
STEP 2
I will cook with boiled forest mushrooms. But you can replace them with champignons. There is no need to cook the champignons. Just chop and cook. Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop. To fry mushrooms, heat a frying pan until hot, pour in a little vegetable oil and fry finely chopped onion for a minute, then add finely chopped mushrooms to it and fry everything together for a few minutes until the liquid from the mushrooms evaporates.
STEP 3
Add salt and spices to the minced meat to taste. Stir. Beat the minced meat against the bottom of the bowl several times to make it firmer. Thanks to this, the nests will not fall apart during baking.
STEP 4
For baking, you can take any heat-resistant form. I have a ceramic one. Form small balls from the minced meat and place them in a greased pan. Make a small indentation in the center of each ball and brush with mayonnaise.
STEP 5
Place mushroom filling in each nest. Don’t skimp on mushrooms - let there be more of them.
STEP 6
Grate the cheese and sprinkle generously on each nest. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. When baking, use your oven as a guide.
STEP 7
When roasting, juice will appear from the meat. Some of it will evaporate. The cheese will melt and begin to brown a little. Transfer the finished minced meat nests to a plate and serve. Bon appetit!
