    We clean the squid carcasses from any poop and cut them into small pieces for a meat grinder

    Peel the onion and cut into small pieces

    put onion and squid in a meat grinder or blender

    grind everything into mince

    add the egg and chopped dill. don't forget about salt and pepper

    add flour, mix everything and get a gray slurry :) let it stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that all the ingredients become friends with each other

    Heat a frying pan with oil and spoon out the cutlets. I tried to shape them with my hands and roll them in flour, but nothing worked... so I took it and started pouring the minced meat with a spoon

    I say right away! There's a lot of water in squid! so you need a little oil. I scooped out the excess liquid with a spoon. otherwise they are boiled, not fried!

    Fry for exactly 3 minutes on each side! no more, otherwise there will be rubber. We end up with some tasty treats :)
