Spring rolls with shrimp and bell pepper

STEP 1

We prepare all products for cooking. Wash the vegetables and lettuce leaves thoroughly and let them dry.

Cut the pepper into thin, but not long, strips.

Place the rice paper in warm water and keep it there until it is completely soaked.

Place a lettuce leaf on the leaf, then put a little filling on it and start wrapping it. The roll needs to be wrapped like a stuffed pancake so that our filling does not fall out from the sides.
