Spring rolls with shrimp and bell pepper

A tasty, healthy and original appetizer dish. Spring rolls are prepared from quite affordable and simple ingredients. They can be served both at the holiday table and for everyday dinner or lunch. I tried to cook them with different fillings - meat, fish, vegetables.... But the filling with vegetables and shrimp turned out to be the most favorite, I love seafood! Plus, spring rolls are incredibly quick and easy to prepare.
