Previously, I only made Soviet-style croutons from sprats canned in oil) It turns out that there are so many interesting recipes from sprats. And I prepared sprat salad, and a pie with sprats, and cooked soup, and stuffed eggs. It's time for the pate. Having all the ingredients on hand, I decided to try making a spread using this recipe. I just didn’t put in the dill, since it was only frozen. I decided to garnish the sandwiches with fresh parsley. I drained the oil from the can of sprat so that it would not be too greasy. I first grated the boiled eggs on a coarse grater so that the mass was more airy. Processed cheese cut into cubes. I used mayonnaise with a fat content of 67%. I crushed all the ingredients with a chopper. Grind well, for more than 10 seconds, so that the mass is homogeneous. I made sprat pate at home in a matter of minutes. It took me about 10 minutes to prepare the spread with washing up))) It is important that you have a chopper or blender, otherwise you don’t even have to start. This amount of ingredients yielded a half-liter jar of sprat pate. It’s incredible! The most delicious pate of my life!!! Unexpected, but true! Sprat pate is light, airy, tender, incredibly tasty, with a smoky taste. Very, very tasty! Sprat pate was spread on slices of black bread. I want more and more. I will cook sprat pate more than once.
