Kinsley Martinez

Since childhood, kitchen scents have been my second home. I helped my grandmother knead the dough, and every dish we created together filled our home with warmth and joy. The family always gathered around the table, and these were the most valuable moments. My love for cooking grew, inspired by the diversity of world cuisines, from Italian pastas to oriental spices. I believe that anyone can cook, regardless of experience. My goal is to show that cooking is simple, accessible and always possible to do it with loved ones.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of Canada.
