How to make homemade potato chips in a frying pan? First, prepare all the necessary ingredients. It is better to choose not young potatoes, but take any spices; in addition, you can take smoked paprika, garlic mixture or ground chili pepper.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, peel them, then cut them into thin slices; you can use a knife or grater for this.
STEP 3

Rinse the cut potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch. Then dry with paper towels.

Sprinkle the potatoes with a mixture of peppers, herbs and salt.
