Chicken quenelles

Children will really appreciate these dumplings. Also suitable for diet. Can be served with sauce: add 2-3 tbsp to 50 g of sour cream. l. broth left over from the quenelles and add spices (I used ground French herbs with salt). Stir until smooth. If desired, you can add boiled rice to the minced chicken.

A very interesting dish! I've never made chicken dumplings. I decided to make this recipe for my child for dinner. The preparation is very simple. I mixed all the ingredients using a blender, and the mass was ready for cooking. I scooped up the chicken mass with one teaspoon and put it into the saucepan with the second teaspoon. Cooked for exactly 7 minutes, as the author writes. The dumplings floated up and I took them out. Everything is insanely simple, but the quenelles with sauce look very original and beautiful. I served chicken quenelles with bechamel sauce and pasta. The quenelles turned out dense, soft, very tasty and appetizing. Next time I’ll add chopped onion to the minced meat for juiciness. It’s perfect for children, dietary and proper nutrition! Without sauce, the quenelles are also very tasty and tender, but with the sauce the taste is amazing. The sauce is a great addition to chicken quenelles. The author suggests making the sauce with sour cream, but due to the lack of sour cream at that time, I made bechamel milk sauce. It’s very tasty! Thank you!

I made chicken dumplings. I made the minced meat myself, from chilled chicken breasts. Soaked a piece of loaf in milk. Grind the loaf, minced meat, egg, flour, salt and spices using a blender. The mass turned out to be tender and homogeneous. I boiled salted water in a saucepan and added celery greens for flavor. The dumplings were cooked quickly, no more than 5 minutes from the moment the water boiled again. The taste is very soft and delicate. An excellent dish for children's and diet food. I served the quenelles with mashed potatoes and milk gravy. Thanks for the recipe, Maria!
