Step-by-step preparation

Preparing the ingredients

Beat eggs with sugar
STEP 3

Add a little flour and baking powder and mix
STEP 4

Pour into pre-greased pan and bake for 25 minutes

While the biscuit is baking, chop the fruit.

Taking the biscuit out of the oven

While the biscuit is cooling, make the filling: mix yogurt with sugar and vanilla

Cut the biscuit into two parts (top and bottom)

Soak the cakes with any syrup and grease with a little yogurt filling

We put fruit on the bottom part and cover it with the top cake and place it back into the mold

Pour gelatin with cold water and let stand for 7 minutes.

Heat the gelatin (but do not bring it to a boil) and pour in the yogurt and stir

Use the resulting filling to fill our cakes.
