Sponge cake stuffed with bananas

STEP 1

Let's prepare the products. The cake is made on the basis of a sponge cake - if you have your own classic recipe, you can use it. I suggest this option

Mix eggs with sugar. Add salt. This is necessary for the eggs to rise well.
STEP 3

Beat until smooth. It should lighten and increase in volume.
STEP 4

Gradually add flour. Stir with a spoon, lifting from the bottom. When whipping with a mixer, the biscuit may settle.
STEP 5

I cook in a slow cooker - I really like how the crust rises there. I grease the mold with oil. I bake on the "Baking" program for 50 minutes. In the oven - 25-35 minutes temp. 180 degrees.

We take out the cake. Let it cool down

Next, cut out the middle as in the photo - only the bottom and walls remain. The thickness is 1-2 cm. I cut it in a circle - then into 4 parts and carefully took it out. Biscuit pieces can break - it's not a big deal
STEP 8

Let's move on to the filling. Cut bananas into slices and place them on the bottom of our barrel
STEP 9

Beat sour cream with sugar
STEP 10

We cut the biscuit into pieces, not very finely, so as not to turn into porridge.
STEP 11

Cut the banana into cubes. Gently mix sour cream, biscuit and bananas
STEP 12

We put them in our barrel. If you have time, let it soak for a couple of hours.
STEP 13

Melt the chocolate and pour on top. Serve to the table.
