    This recipe, in which I will tell you how to cook spinach pasta in a creamy sauce, is not complicated at all. All the ingredients necessary for cooking can be easily found in a good store at any time of the year.

    So, cut the washed mushrooms into thin slices. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. We defrost the spinach - I already have it cut into pieces.

    Melt butter in a frying pan. Add the onion and fry it while stirring over medium heat until soft.

    Add the mushrooms to the onion, mix and fry a little more.

    When the mixture is almost ready, add the chopped spinach and wait until it softens slightly.

    At this moment, pour in the cream and thoroughly mix the entire resulting mixture.

    Cut the cheese into small cubes.

    Add salt and pepper to your taste - I like it spicier. At the end add cheese. After mixing everything thoroughly, leave the sauce to infuse with the lid closed.

    Boil the spaghetti in salted water, following the instructions on the package. It is important not to overcook. Then we put it in a colander and rinse, let the water drain. You can use durum wheat spaghetti.

Hello! I'm from Mariupol. I currently live in Sicily. I love to cook. I prepared your dish. My Sicilian friends showered me with compliments 🙂. Instead of spaghetti I used farfellini and parmesan cheese. Added nut butter to the sauce. The sauce was creamier and had a pleasant nutty taste, as well as a little nutmeg. Fried zucchini on top.
