The eternal question “what to do for dinner” was answered quickly. Of course, spicy meat with vegetables, especially since I’ve been wanting to cook it for a long time. It cooks quickly, which is a big plus. The main thing is to prepare the meat and vegetables so that you can quickly add the ingredients to the pan. Of all the things I needed for cooking, I didn’t have bell and capsicum peppers. I replaced the greens with frozen green onions. I chopped the meat, onions and carrots, and fried everything in sequence. Added soy sauce to the meat. Since it is quite salty, I did not add salt to the dish. From the spices I added ready-made seasoning for meat and ground red pepper. The last things I added to the pan were chopped garlic and green onions. The meat turned out to be quite soft, appetizing, very aromatic, and spicy. The onions were well fried, the carrots were al dente. The family really liked the spicy taste of the dish.
