    Place margarine or butter, granulated sugar, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, and raisins chopped in a blender into a container. Mix the mixture thoroughly (grind) for 5 minutes. I use a mixer.

    Add oatmeal, hot water heated to a temperature of 70-90°C, with salt dissolved in it, with continuous stirring. Stir for 2-4 minutes. You can add cookie crumbs (no more than 5% of the flour weight).

    Add the rest of the water, wheat flour, slaked soda and other ingredients. Knead the dough until smooth, but no more than 6 minutes. The dough temperature should be 24-27°C, humidity 16-19%.

    Roll out the dough into a layer 9-11 mm thick and then cut out circles using a round container with a diameter of 38 mm. Bake for 8-13 minutes in an oven preheated to 180-240°C. I'm too lazy to cut out round cookies :)

Oh, how many recipes for these cookies have been tested. But no technology, fillers or “tricks a la healthy eating” can give you that taste from childhood. The author of this recipe has the same tastes and views on the finished product. Didn't use any dried fruits/nuts. I used honey instead of molasses. My God, you are mine! The aroma of comfort and warm hugs immediately attracted all the household members (including the cat) to the kitchen. They circled in circles and squares while I was taking photos. Someone will say: “Not a beautiful exterior.” I will answer: “We must try!” We love these cookies for their rough simplicity, asceticism and amazing taste. I dedicate this report to all lovers and professionals of oatmeal cookies.
