STEP 1

STEP 2
Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry in vegetable oil in a slow cooker until golden brown.
STEP 3
When the frying is ready, add tomato paste. Stir and fry for another five minutes.
STEP 4
Then add bay leaf and allspice. Simmer under the lid closed for a couple of minutes and place the roast on a plate.
STEP 5
Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Fill with water to get rid of excess starch. Rinse the rice and add water too.
STEP 6
Rinse the meat, remove excess films, if any. Rinse the beans. Place everything in the microcooker bowl and fill with one liter of water. Close the lid and cook in soup mode for one hour. After half an hour, you can open the lid and collect the foam that has formed from the walls. Cooking times are approximate, be guided by the operating characteristics of your equipment. STEP 7
At the end of the program, add drained potatoes, rinsed rice and frying until clear. Close the lid and simmer for another hour. During this time, the meat will finally become soft and the beans will be cooked.
STEP 8
The soup is ready! You can serve it on the table. I serve this soup with croutons, sour cream, and chopped herbs. For those who like it spicier, you can add hot pepper.
