Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Wash the champignons and cut into thin slices.
STEP 2

Peel the vegetables. Cut the onions and potatoes into cubes, celery into small pieces, and carrots into strips. Wash and chop the green onions.
STEP 3

In a saucepan, fry the minced meat in oil for 5 minutes. Add champignons, cook for 3 minutes.
STEP 4

Add chopped vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
STEP 5

Pour in water, bring to a boil, add potatoes and cook until potatoes are ready.
STEP 6

Gradually add cheese.
STEP 7

Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with dill and cook for another 1 minute.
STEP 8

Pour into plates, sprinkle with chopped herbs or finely chopped green onions. Finita! Bon appetit!
