I've never made baked goods like this before. I liked your recipe for something juicier with cottage cheese, and since my child doesn’t eat cottage cheese, I thought that he would definitely try the beautiful filled buns. I prepared everything exclusively according to the recipe without changes. The filling turned out to be tender, and it’s a pleasure to cook with this dough. Yes, you just need to put the dough in the refrigerator, then it will be easier to work with it. The curd filling with semolina turned out to be the perfect consistency. I cut out circles with a diameter of 10 cm, put in 1 spoon of filling, pinched the corners a little, and baked for 30 minutes. The smell was incredible. It turned out to be 16 pieces from the given quantity of products in the recipe. I sprinkled the cooled juices with powdered sugar to attract the child’s attention. The dough came out crumbly and soft, and the filling was airy and sweet. The juices really melt in your mouth and are a pleasure to eat! Simple sochniks made from cottage cheese and semolina in the oven are very appetizing, rosy and tasty. My child enjoyed eating the new burgers and liked them. The baby said "yum-yum"! And as they say, the truth speaks through the mouth of a baby! Amazing baked goods! I recommend preparing it for a homemade tea party!
