To prepare the dough, break one chicken egg into a large bowl.

Add salt to the bowl with the egg to taste.

Pour one hundred grams of sugar into a bowl and add one teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
STEP 5
Place one hundred grams of sour cream in a bowl.
STEP 6
Place one hundred grams of softened butter in a bowl.
STEP 7
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a mixer until smooth.
STEP 8
Sift three hundred and fifty grams of flour into a bowl in parts and pour in half a teaspoon of soda.

Knead the dough in a bowl using a mixer.
STEP 10
Continue to thoroughly knead the dough in the bowl with your hands.

Place the dough in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.

To prepare the filling, place three hundred and fifty grams of cottage cheese in a deep bowl.

Add about eighty grams of sour cream to the bowl with the cottage cheese.

Grind the cottage cheese in a bowl with a blender until smooth.

Break and separate one chicken egg into white and yolk.

Pour fifty grams of sugar into a bowl with egg whites.

Beat the sugar and egg whites with a mixer until fluffy and homogeneous.

Place the whipped egg whites and sugar in a bowl with the cottage cheese, which will add fluffiness to the prepared filling.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl well with a spatula.

Pour one tablespoon of semolina into a bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well until airy and homogeneous and we get the most delicate filling.

Divide the dough into two parts and roll each into a thin flat cake about five millimeters thick.

Place one tablespoon of the prepared curd mass closer to the edge of each dough piece.

Cover the top with the free half of the dough piece and press lightly.

Place the juices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Grease the sochni with beaten yolk and place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to two hundred degrees, then immediately switch the oven temperature to one hundred and eighty degrees and bake the sochni for about thirty-five minutes.

After thirty-five minutes, place the prepared juices on a suitable plate.
