    How to make a simple salad with salted red fish? Prepare your ingredients. First of all, boil and cool the eggs. How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. I used purple onions, but regular onions will also work.

    While the eggs are boiling, start chopping all the ingredients. Remove bones from the fish (if any) and cut into medium cubes. Choose lightly salted fish, it has a milder taste. Fish salted at home works well. The type of fish can be any, but it will be tastier with fattier varieties - salmon, trout, coho salmon.

    If necessary, peel the cucumbers and cut them into medium cubes. The skin, if it is not rough, damaged or bitter, does not need to be cut off. Be sure to try it before slicing; if the cucumber is bitter, then take another one, otherwise the salad will be spoiled.

    Cut half of the onion into small cubes. Since I have a sweet type of onion, I just chopped it. If you took regular onion, scald it with boiling water to get rid of the bitterness.

Great salad! It’s so quick to prepare!))) It’s just for those occasions when you need to get around in the kitchen very quickly for the holidays, when you need to try to make as many different and original salads as possible from simple ingredients!)))
