Simple pie with jam in the oven

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make a simple jam pie in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft. Sift the flour through a sieve to fill it with oxygen. My egg is category C1. The jam should be thick.
STEP 2

To make the butter warm faster and soften, cut it into pieces. Combine soft butter with sugar and mix.
STEP 3

Then add the egg. Mix it into the dough. Add baking soda slaked with vinegar.
STEP 4

Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Use the amount of flour based on the consistency of the dough. It will be soft and will not stick to your hands. You may need a little more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Divide the finished dough into 2 unequal parts. Place the smaller portion in the freezer for 1 hour to harden.
STEP 5

Roll out most of the dough into a baking pan, forming small sides. It is convenient to use a springform pan, the bottom of which is lined with baking paper.
STEP 6

Spread any thick jam evenly over the entire surface of the dough. I have plum jam.
STEP 7

By this time, a smaller piece of dough has already frozen in the freezer. Rub it on a coarse grater over the entire surface of the pie. Place the pie in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes.
STEP 8

The finished pie will brown and become a beautiful, appetizing color. Remove it from the oven and leave to cool. Cut the cooled pie into pieces and serve. Enjoy your tea!
