A stunning, very tasty simple pie with jam in the oven turned out according to this recipe! Prepares in one or two minutes, bakes quickly. While we were having breakfast, the oil heated up, and in a few minutes I kneaded the shortbread dough. I have a couple of tablespoons left of flour. I listened to the author’s advice and added flour gradually, until the desired dough consistency. While we were going to the store, a small piece of dough froze in the freezer. Just like that, in the meantime, this wonderful pie turned out. The incredible shredded dough crust on top is especially delicious! A very tasty pie, thanks to the Author)) I reduced the amount of sugar in the dough, because the jam already gives a strong sweetness. It turned out great, the family loved it)
