For this simple salad of green radish with carrots, I took daikon, this is a white radish that we love for its vitamin content and slightly spicy taste, like a radish. I grated daikon, carrots and apples on a Korean salad grater to make neat strips. I had to peel the apple, the skin didn’t want to rub) I also have two carrots, but big ones, we love them too. I didn't have pomegranate and I thought that green onions would also go well with these ingredients. I didn’t serve the salad right away; I covered it with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for an hour so that the vegetables were soaked in the dressing. During this time, the apple did not darken, lemon juice really works wonders! The juice released from the radishes and carrots and mixed with the dressing, it turned out very tasty! Even my daughter enjoyed dipping the bread into the juice) The vegetables softened a little and became easier to eat, and they were also saturated with each other’s juices and marinade and became amazingly tasty!
