Simple green pea puree soup with yolks
Thick, flavorful puree soup. Insanely delicious! I found a recipe for such a soup in a baby food magazine. I decided to try cooking. It turned out to be a European style lunch. I’ve been looking for a recipe for peas for a long time, I really love them! It turned out that everything ingenious is simple. Here it is - green pea puree soup, albeit with raw yolks, but I took “reliable and proven” ones, and for those who don’t have them, it’s probably better to use boiled ones if the soup is being prepared for children.
