STEP 1

Let's prepare the required amount of products according to the specified list: kefir, soda, flour, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar and vegetable oil. We also use thick jam or jam for the filling.
STEP 2

First, mix kefir with soda, then add egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and vegetable oil. Mix everything well.
STEP 3

Next, first add 3 cups of sifted flour into the liquid mixture and mix with a spoon. Then add the remaining flour little by little and continue kneading the dough with your hands. You may need a little less or more flour than indicated, focus on the required consistency of the dough.
STEP 4

The finished dough should be soft and pliable. It must be sprinkled with flour during cutting.
STEP 5

Roll out the dough onto a floured countertop into a thin sheet. The thickness can be 3-7 mm, at your discretion. Thin cookies will bake faster.
STEP 6

Using cutters, cut out shapes from the rolled out dough. Before cutting, be sure to dip the sharp edge of the mold in flour so that the dough does not stick to it.
STEP 7

Cover the baking sheet with foil or parchment and grease with vegetable oil.
STEP 8

Place the dough figures on a greased baking sheet.
STEP 9

Place the baking sheet with the future cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
STEP 10

Transfer the finished kefir dough cookies from the baking sheet to a plate and let them cool.
STEP 11

For variety, we glue some cookies of the same shape in pairs, covering them with jam.
STEP 12

Simple and tasty kefir cookies are ready and can be served with tea or coffee.
