STEP 1
How to make shish kebab in the oven on skewers in a mayonnaise marinade? Let's prepare all the necessary ingredients for making barbecue. To do this, first take a piece of pork, wash it, dry it with paper towels. Then cut the pork flesh into medium-sized pieces. Lightly pound the meat to quickly marinate. Place the meat pieces in a deep container.
STEP 2
Peel the onion and cut it into large rings. We transfer it to the meat.
STEP 3
Now pour table vinegar into a container with meat and onions, add mayonnaise, add a small amount of barbecue seasoning or any other meat seasoning to your taste, salt as necessary. Mix all the ingredients well, but carefully so as not to damage the onion rings. Cover the container with meat, onions and spices with a lid or cling film and place it in the refrigerator. The meat must be marinated for at least 2 hours.
STEP 4
While the pork is marinating, soak the wooden sticks in water for at least 30 minutes. This is done so that the meat can then be easily removed from the skewers. After 2 hours, remove the container with the already marinated meat from the refrigerator. Place the pieces of meat with onion rings on skewers. Place 4-5 pieces of meat on each skewer.
STEP 5
Fry the formed kebabs in a frying pan until golden brown on all sides.
STEP 6
We place the skewers with shish kebab on a baking dish to bring them to full readiness. Simmer the pork kebab in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 200°C. During cooking, you can turn the kebab over if desired. Pork shish kebab can be served with a side dish or as a separate dish with fresh vegetables and pita bread.
