Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr
STEP 1
Boil water with the addition of 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Boil the shells in water until they are ready, but still quite hard. Mix the minced meat and ricotta, add the sautéed finely chopped onion, as well as pepper, parsley, basil, salt and Bechamel sauce.
STEP 2
Now we need to roll the minced meat into balls with which we will stuff our shells.
STEP 3
Place the resulting stuffed shells in a baking dish and pour in the remaining sauce. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
STEP 4
And then bake our dish for 25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.

What are these large pasta shells? I’ve seen them in stores that aren’t too big, you’ll have a hard time stuffing them... maybe I’m looking in the wrong place? Who can tell me if there are large shells and if it’s worth looking for them or not? Or are they the same everywhere? I really want to try these stuffed shells
