Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

We will need sea fish fillet (any kind), carambola, onions, carrots, soy sauce, herbs, spices and butter. Carambola is an exotic fruit that is also called carom, star apple, tropical star or starfruit. We have prepared everything and then look step by step on how to bake fish fillet in the oven.
STEP 2

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Lay out the fish fillet, sprinkling it with spices. Place carrots, onions, carambola, and greens on top of the fish.
STEP 3

Pour soy sauce over everything (a little), add butter in pieces.
STEP 4

Cover the baking sheet with foil and place in a preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200-220 degrees.
