STEP 1

How to make scrambled eggs with tomatoes and sausage? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can slightly change the quantity and proportions of ingredients to suit your taste. If you add more tomatoes, the finished scrambled eggs will be juicier. You can use any sausage. I really like the taste of fried boiled sausage, so that's what I'll use. If desired, it can be replaced with smoked one.
STEP 2

Heat a frying pan until hot. Pour a little vegetable oil and add the prepared sausage. Fry it for a couple of minutes on both sides until golden brown.
STEP 3

The sausage can then be moved to the side, thereby making room for the eggs. In the free area, break the eggs.
STEP 4

Immediately arrange the chopped tomatoes. If you pre-fry them, they will lose their shape. This way they will warm up evenly along with the eggs. During cooking they will become softer, but will not have time to spread over the pan. Salt the scrambled eggs a little and sprinkle with spices. I use paprika and ground pepper as spices.
STEP 5

Cook the scrambled eggs over low heat for 4-6 minutes. The whites should be completely cooked on the surface of the entire scrambled egg, but it should not start to burn. To speed up cooking, you can cover the pan with a lid. But at the same time, the yolks will be baked with white and turn white. Scrambled eggs with sausage and tomatoes are ready! Sprinkle with herbs and serve hot! Bon appetit!
