You can use bacon instead of sausage. It makes a hearty breakfast. I follow the recipe without tomatoes.

I found an excellent quick dish on the website, either for breakfast or for a snack. There are just all the products in the refrigerator. Made scrambled eggs in minutes. Boiled sausage is very tender and appetizing when fried. I cooked the eggs with a runny yolk, without covering them with a lid. The tomatoes did not fall apart, but they did fade. They turned out soft and stewed, but not porridge. Excellent dish! Scrambled eggs with tomatoes and sausage turned out very tasty, filling, bright and appetizing. Yes, you are absolutely right here, a hearty breakfast is sometimes simply necessary, and scrambled eggs in themselves are a light dish. But if you fill it up well, you can charge your body’s batteries for a couple of hours. The only thing I would add is hard cheese, it needs to be cut into slices and placed in the egg that has not yet hardened.
