This is the kind of early breakfast I had. Honestly, I didn’t even expect it to turn out so delicious) It seems like an ordinary scrambled egg, but fried onions and tomatoes add their own zest. I fried the onion until crispy, but so that it did not burn. I like the consistency of the onions, it turns a little caramelized. My tomato was frozen; fresh would have been even tastier. But the main thing is that the tomatoes released their juice and made the eggs juicy. I didn’t fry the yolks too much; I like them runny. Sprinkle freshly ground pepper on top.
