The amount of other ingredients can be varied depending on taste preferences. For scrambled eggs, it is better to use butter; the resulting dish is more aromatic and tasty, but also high in calories. Therefore, for those who watch their diet, you can replace it with a plant-based one.
STEP 2

It is better to use a natural product for hard cheese; it is not only tastier and healthier, but it will actually melt and not remain as a grated mass. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. If you don’t want to work with a grater, you can quickly cut it with a knife, but you need to do it very finely.
STEP 3

Place a piece of butter in a frying pan and melt it. When it warms up. Beat in the chicken eggs, being careful not to let the yolks spread, if you want to get a fried egg. Or, on the contrary, you can stretch them with a fork, you get scrambled eggs. The taste of the dish will not become worse from this.
STEP 4

When the whites set. Sprinkle the chicken eggs on top with ground black pepper and a little salt so as not to oversalt the dish (don’t forget that we will also have cheese in the dish, and it is quite salty). When the yolks are slightly fried, sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cover the pan with scrambled eggs on top and fry over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes.

The frying time depends on the operation of the stove, the frying pan and taste; if you want the yolk to be runny, then you need to remove the frying pan with the scrambled eggs from the heat earlier so that the eggs are well fried, you need to hold it a little longer, maybe on the stove turned off.
