Scones with boiled potatoes

Tender buns in 30 minutes for a good start to the day! The buns turn out very tender, and thanks to the potatoes they also remain soft for a long time, but such buns do not last long. If anyone is confused by the presence of potatoes in sweet baked goods, I can immediately say that you can’t taste the potatoes at all, the main thing is to grate them on a fine grater. And if I still haven’t convinced you, then if you exclude sugar and dried fruits, you can simply make snack rolls that go with any dish, instead of bread. Help yourself!

Shura, but in the original recipe they were snacks)) I just needed something sweet, so I made a little bit of it)) this is a recipe from the series that is economical, fast and tasty :) I love recipes like this when you can cook something new from simple ingredients and delicious, and I get recipes from wherever I can from the Internet, TV programs, magazines, and sometimes I just make something up)
