On a gloomy autumn morning you really want something hot, bright and tasty! I had breakfast alone, so I made myself a portion of amazing scrambled eggs. There was no sausage, but there was a tasty sausage, I cut it diagonally and fried it on both sides. One egg was enough for me. I took the egg homemade because... I wanted to enjoy the runny yolk. I used marble cheese, even more in quantity than in the recipe. I like melted cheese so that it stretches in strings) The greens also added their piquantness. Well, where would we be without my favorite smoked paprika) Breakfast turned out to be very tasty and filling! The yolk came out liquid, just as I wanted, so I dipped a piece of bread into it and washed it down with delicious coffee. Thank you for such a simple and delicious scrambled egg recipe.

I take the sausage that is available and fry it. I beat in the eggs and sprinkle with grated cheese. Of the spices, only salt at first. I cook covered over low heat until the white is set and the yolk is still runny. I sprinkle some herbs on the scrambled eggs; today it’s green onions, which I grow on the windowsill. When serving, you can add freshly ground black pepper if desired. It is very aromatic, tasty, satisfying, beautiful and very appetizing. Great recipe!
