STEP 1
How to make scrambled eggs with sausage and cheese? Prepare all the products at once so as not to waste time on this later. After all, breakfast should be quick.
STEP 2
Start with the sausage. I have semi-smoked, but in general smoked, boiled, ham and even sausages are suitable. Cut the sausage into large pieces, sausages into wheels. I cut the sausage into rings and then into quarters.
STEP 3
Place the frying pan over medium heat and pour oil into it. Heat the oil thoroughly and send the sausage to fry. Here, too, your choice. You can make it more fried, or you can lightly simmer the sausage in its own juice. Adjust the roasting level of heat.
STEP 4
While the sausage is frying over medium heat, finely chop clean, dry herbs.
STEP 5
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 6
Now beat the eggs into the bowl one at a time. Because, firstly, it is easier to get the shell from here if it gets there, and secondly, if the egg is spoiled, you will throw it away in time without pouring it into the frying pan.
STEP 7
Next, carefully pour the eggs into the pan. Try to get the yolks between the pieces of sausage, this will make the scrambled eggs look more beautiful. Fry the eggs first over high heat, then, when the whites have set, over low heat so that the yolk remains liquid inside.
STEP 8
Then salt the eggs and season to taste with the spices you like. And sprinkle cheese on top - try to sprinkle it on the hot eggs, then it will melt.
STEP 9
Then you can cover the pan with a lid and wait about three minutes if you like a firmer yolk. Or just wait for the cheese to melt. Serve the scrambled eggs hot, either in a frying pan, or divided into portions on plates. When serving, sprinkle chopped herbs on top. Bon appetit!
